They are very close together meaning you can do extremely short flights and the small unlit airstrips make for fun landings. Maybe not the best airstrips for new pilots due to that fact though.The fact that they are just off the coast Germany and The Netherlands puts them extremely close to very major airports that you can pick up nice payware for too.The scenery itself is also very pleasing... The buildings are high quality and the grass around the airstrips polishes it off for me!If you want some pretty, yet testing airstrips this is great for you and the location couldn't be better!Rating: 8\/10. Definitely worth it at the reduced sale price. Detailed buildings plus AI aircraft and static figures make this add-on an immersive island-hopping experience. Five islands each with a unique and characteristic airport make for fun flying. Highly recommended (at the sale price).. Just use the airport selector to find the airports. Look in the garman airports.. This add on comes with five small Island airports. Small island airports are some of the funnest to fly into, scenery and approach wise. The details on the ground are very nice texture wise. I notice no real drop in frames even while running payware aircraft and textures on the ground or in the air. (My PC specs: i7 4th gen, GTX 970, 16GB ram and FSX is on my SSD)Whether you are an avid simmer with all the good payware (PMDG, Orbx, REX, Aerosoft, taxi2gate etc) and real world flying experiencce or someone who just has FSX because it seems like something fun to kill time with and get a basic understanding of flying this is a nice add-on.Is it worth what Steam is selling it for? A few bucks cheaper would be nice. If you are willing to spend a bit extra money and think you'll use it often than buy it. If you are tight on money or think this is an add on you'll only use a few times, wait for it to go on sale. Over all it's mostly worth it. No complaints.. I like this add-on. It has lots of airplane parked in the area. Good detail. People, car, building is very good. But shadow from airplane parking is bad. But i still recommend this add on.
